We are a small Family farm on Long Island on a mission to reconnect our local communities to the best possible beef our environment can produce! This beef is the highest quality grass-finished beef on the market and retails at $23/lb, but exclusively here the whole cow price of $19.98/lb. All beef is dry aged to perfection 14-21 days and vacuum- sealed in heavy duty freezer packaging.
We raise and process only a few head of cattle at a time so it is first come first go.
Here is how it work: Place your order for a box with box just has a $200 deposit with the final amount due at fulfillment. Plus FREE SHIPPING!! We also have a pick up location at our farm stand in Riverhead, NY.
The final amount due at fulfillment will have the deposit deducted. It is first come first go so shipping is from August to November. We will notify you along the journey.

HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Place about a 20% deposit on your choice of an Eighth (40-55lbs),
Step 2: Choose to pick it up at OUR FARM or have
it SHIPPED FOR FREE! (insert happy dance!) We will notify you and keep you
updated every step of the way!
Step 3: We continue to raise your beef for you on the lush Long Island pastures on our farm and keep you involved every step of the
way by giving you updates on what stage of the process your beef is in :-)
Step 4: Our craft butchers dry-age your beef for 14-21 days which makes for
amazing flavor and tenderness. Once packed, frozen, and delivered to our
warehouse, you will receive an invoice for the balance due and schedule your
pickup or confirm you will be home to receive it via shipping. You will receive
your beef in August through November.
