We are a small family farm so we run a few cows to the processor every few months. We keep you updated where we are in the finishing of the cattle, and expected time frame when you place your order.
Place your deposit to secure your beef and the rest is due when we are about to ship.
As of right now we are servicing the Tri-State region. You might meet us, the farmers, or our third party couriers.
We pull meat out sometime up to a year old in our freezers and its delicous. That being said, we recommend to finish up in 8-10 months.
